By booking or engaging in our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 

 

Please read them carefully before proceeding with any consultation or service.

 

2. Services Provided

Tiny Beginnings Consultancy provides expert sleep advice for infants and children, following Safe Sleeping - Red Nose Australia guidelines. We prioritise your child's safety and offer general support for parents and caregivers. Our services are not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis.

3. Client Responsibility

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

 

• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child or have permission to act on their behalf.

• You will disclose all relevant information regarding your child’s health, sleep environment, and routines.

• You understand that outcomes may vary depending on consistency, family circumstances, and your commitment to implementing the plan.

• You will follow the recommendations provided in a safe and suitable way for your family.

4. Health Disclaimer

Our advice is based on professional experience and evidence-informed practice but does not replace medical or health advice. Always consult your GP, paediatrician, or qualified health professional for medical concerns, feeding issues, or underlying health conditions before making changes to your child’s routine.

 

5. No Guarantees

• Every family and child is unique, and while most families experience significant improvements in sleep, unfortunately, no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

• Progress depends on the child, family involvement, and external factors such as illness or travel.

 

6. Payment, Refunds and Cancellations 

• Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged.

• Reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours prior- missed consults will be forfeited 

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation may be refunded or credited at the discretion of Tiny Beginnings Consultancy. 

• Cancellation within 48 hours is non-refundable. 

• Refunds will not be provided for change of mind once services have commenced or materials have been delivered.

7. Communication and Support

• Support is provided during Monday- Friday 9am-5pm ASCT

• Tiny Beginnings Consultancy does not provide support on weekends or public holidays 

• Responses may take up to 24 hours during support periods due to workload and availability 

• Support does not include emergency or overnight messaging.

• Tiny Beginnings Consultancy suggests writing a log of questions and asking them at the daily check ins

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

All client information is treated as confidential and stored securely. Personal details will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Tiny Beginnings may use anonymised case examples for education and marketing purposes but identifying details are always removed. 

 

9. Liability

Tiny Beginnings Consultancy and its representatives are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our services. Parents and caregivers are responsible for the decisions they make regarding their child’s care.

10. Agreement

By proceeding with a booking or consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, have acknowledge that the advice provided is not medical advice, accept the responsibilities of your child’s safety, wellbeing and outcomes.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Validity Period

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

​

2. Redemption

Gift cards can be redeemed for any sleep support package or consultation offered by Tiny Beginnings Consultancy. They are not redeemable for cash.

​

3. Non-Transferable

Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the recipient named at the time of purchase.

​

4. Booking Requirements

All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please contact us to schedule your session.

​

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the gift card value.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

​

7. Partial Use

If the full value is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will be retained and can be used for future services within the validity period.

8. Refunds

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.

​

9. Promotional Use

Gift cards purchased during promotional periods may be subject to additional conditions (e.g., limited services, expiry dates).

10.  Changes to Terms

Tiny Beginnings Consultancy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
